Deduct Ltd works nationally from a single operating base in Bournville, West Midlands. We do not run a branch network — every engineer, vehicle and piece of cleaning plant is directly employed and dispatched from one location, which is why the same team and the same reporting standard turn up on every visit.
In practice, London instructions are planned rather than reactive. We survey, agree the scope, then mobilise a full crew with all plant for a defined block of nights or weekends. That suits estates and FM teams better than a series of short visits, because the system comes back into service cleaned, verified and documented in one programme rather than being disturbed repeatedly.
The constraints that actually matter in London are access, not distance: loading bay bookings, out-of-hours permits, riser access in occupied towers, ULEZ and congestion charging, and working above operating restaurants and trading floors.
