What we were asked to resolve
The vessel's dock window was fixed and shared with several other trades. All scope had to be understood, resourced and completed before handback.
Our approach
- Full system list and drawings reviewed with the technical superintendent before mobilisation.
- Team, equipment and consumables mobilised to arrive with the vessel at the yard.
- Works sequenced zone by zone against the yard programme to avoid clashes with other trades.
- Laundry ductwork deep cleaning and galley grease removal delivered as pre-planned maintenance.
Outcome
All zones were cleaned, verified and handed back inside the dock window, with photographic evidence supplied for the vessel's planned maintenance records.
