What we were asked to resolve
Offshore mobilisation, limited bed space and a tight window meant the full scope had to be completed by a small team working continuously, with no opportunity to return for missed items.
Our approach
- Offshore certification, medicals and survival training verified for every engineer before crew change.
- Complete system list agreed in advance so equipment and consumables were mobilised in one lift.
- Works sequenced across galley, accommodation and laundry to fit the rig's shift pattern.
- Each system photographed and signed off before moving to the next.
Outcome
The full scope was completed within the offshore window and demobilised on schedule, with a single evidenced report covering every system on board.
