The challenge
What we were asked to resolve
Laundry rooms operate daily across every location, so lint accumulation within extract ductwork has to be managed on a planned cycle rather than reactively, and evidenced consistently across a large estate.
Our approach
- A single programme agreed centrally, then scheduled location by location around each home's laundry operation.
- Extract ductwork, fans and terminals cleaned to remove lint accumulation and restore airflow.
- Access provision recorded at each location so subsequent cycles run faster.
- Pre and post clean photography captured and reported in a consistent format for every site.
Outcome
Laundry extract systems across the estate are maintained on a planned cycle, with consistent documentation held centrally for each location.
