Underfloor Ventilation Deep Clean, Place of Worship
A neglected underfloor ventilation system deep cleaned in a large congregation building with restricted access.
- Underfloor duct cleaning
- Confined access works
- Pre & post evidence
The challenge
What we were asked to resolve
The building's ventilation ran beneath the floor slab with very limited access points, and had accumulated years of debris and dust that was being distributed into the congregation space.
Our approach
- Access points located and surveyed to map the underfloor route before works began.
- Confined and restricted access procedures applied with continuous supervision.
- Debris and dust removed under negative pressure to protect the occupied hall.
- Pre and post clean photography captured at every access point.
Outcome
The underfloor system was returned to a clean, verifiable condition with a documented access map so future inspections can be carried out without exploratory work.
